Florida Agency Network (FAN) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Closer to join our team. The Title Closer will be responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the closing process and ensuring that closings are completed accurately, on time and with professionalism. About FAN FAN is a network of independent real estate title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back-office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. FAN is a leading provider of title insurance and real estate services. Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and dedicated to ensuring smooth and secure real estate transactions for our clients and customers. Hillsborough Title, Tampa Bay Title, Paramount Title, Gator Title, Strategic Title, Total Title Solutions, Smart Title and International Title Partners. Responsibilities Process and close real estate transactions Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents with accuracy and completeness Resolve title issues and discrepancies in a timely manner and with clear communication Ensure all title and closing requirements are met prior to closing Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, etc Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process Stay current with industry regulations, best practices and credit hours Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance processing and closing Comprehensive understanding of Florida title insurance, escrow and closing procedures Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Softpro is preferred Benefits Paid time off and holidays
