Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Work current book of business to add additional services. Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Personable, outgoing, & engaging personality. Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously.
