Youth Case Manager II - YES Waiver Specialist
Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities
The Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities (MHID) in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a Case Manager II for the YES Waiver program. This on-site role supports children and adolescents with mental health needs through rehabilitation planning and community-based services.
You will coordinate services, train families, and work under supervision to promote independence and community integration for participants aged 3–18.
