LOOKING FOR OWNER OPERATORS and DRIVERS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A HOME:
We are currently seeking Class A CDL Owner Operators with their own trucks, (we may have a truck available for you). Home most nights. Our company offers comparative physical damage and bobtail insurance rates. We need drivers to join our Pioneer family to service and meet the needs of our customers.

• Weekly CORRECT settlements
• Direct deposit available
• Fuel card (EFS)
• Paid DOT Inspections with clean results
• Yearly Safe Driving Award
• Gift cards for clean roadside inspections
• Company paid physicals
• UCR & IFTA paid after 1 year
Carrier Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have had CDL A for 1-year current verifiable Class A Truck driving experience (Tractor-Trailer and or Tractor- Container/chassis)
• No DUI DWI in last 10 years
- No Positive / refusal of a drug test / random or pre-employment within the past 10 years
• In last 5 years: No Reckless driving, Cell phone/texting while driving violations, Speeding in construction zone, No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 at fault accidents in last 5 years
• Must provide current DOT physical and report for DOT drug screen
• PSP report must not contain any of the following: violating an OOS order, hazmat load securement or placarding violations, failure to secure container violation, 3 or more HOS OOS violations within the past 12 months
