Cook (Line / Grill / Prep Cook)

Pay: $27/hour

Position Overview

We are currently hiring multiple experienced and reliable cooks to join our team. This role includes opportunities to work as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, or Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, efficient, and committed to quality food preparation and safety standards.

Staffing Needs & Schedule

We are hiring for the following shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform food prep tasks such as chopping, measuring, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook, grill cook, or prep cook preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable and punctual

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
