Loader Position

Night and Day Shift positions available. Schedule 12 hour shifts 2-2-3 type schedule. Off every other weekend.

About the Role:

The Loader plays a critical role in the efficient operation of a non-durable goods manufacturing facility by ensuring that materials and products are accurately and safely loaded for transport or storage. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to verify that all items are handled according to company standards and safety regulations. The Loader collaborates closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain a smooth workflow and timely dispatch of goods. By managing the physical movement of products, the Loader directly contributes to minimizing damage and loss, thereby supporting overall operational excellence. This role demands physical stamina, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate loading equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse loading role.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment using appropriate tools and machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff to prioritize loading tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
