- Assist in the design of HVAC systems
- Prepare construction documents
- Perform load calculations and energy modeling
- Perform site visits to verify existing conditions
- Coordinate with architecture, structural, electrical, and plumbing
- 2+ years of HVAC design experience
- FE passed and EIT preferred, or a clear plan to pursue licensure
- Experience producing construction documents
- Exposure to Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP, IES VE, or similar
- AutoCAD and Revit MEP preferred
