In a timely, organized manner, of course.This is a hybrid role based out of our Chicago office.ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and brands, simultaneouslyWork collaboratively to allocate and manage resources by project and account, including any freelancing needs with the Resource Planning teamOwn, maintain and report on project plans, status, and hot lists for every project and account assigned with the agency approved toolSchedule and lead weekly internal, and at times, external (client facing) status meetingsTrack key decisions and prioritization that impacts project budgets, cadence, scope, and/or timelinesContribute to the fiscal responsibility of assigned brands including: the process that encompasses the creation of new scopes and scope amendments, financial reporting and estimations as neededContinuously provide transparency with key stakeholders (internal and external) to mitigate risk to budget, scope and timelinesEnsure all project objectives and deliverables are clearly documented, approved, and delivered to meet clients' needs and expectationsSupport teams to define and measure project success using metrics, tools and resourcesAssist with training and onboarding new Brand Operations partnersGuide the adoption and adherence of new/existing processes and standards agency wideQualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university requiredMinimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredExperience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders simultaneouslyPassion for empowering partners and clients with a seamless experience through process improvement and standardizationProfessional presentation skills and strong personal presence are requiredMust possess outstanding interpersonal skills as well as an articulate, friendly, "whatever it takes" service-minded attitude, along with a strong work ethicCross-media experience preferredPMP, Six-sigma, ScrumMaster certifications are desirableMust possess positivity, high energy, and a high-level of confidence in your capabilitiesAbility to establish and build productive relationships quickly with diverse personalities in order to meet adapting project demandsExcellent analytics mentality - telling stories with data and factsBarkleyOKRP's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + BelongingAt BarkleyOKRP, DEI+B drives work that matters.
