Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with established care plans
• Collaborate with the broader therapy team to support patient progress and goal achievement
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid New Hampshire state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT)
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract commitment
• Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and therapy care planning
