Facilities Operations Technician

Location: Brentwood, MO
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

You arrive on site, check the day’s priorities, and make the rounds to be sure workspaces are clean, safe, and orderly. A light bulb needs replacing, a hinge needs tightening, a spill needs attention—you handle minor repairs and basic maintenance with care. Mid-morning, you move materials and equipment to support a team project. After lunch, you pitch in on a facility improvement task, then flag a developing maintenance issue and communicate it to management so it’s addressed proactively. Throughout the day, you support general building operations and keep the environment running smoothly.

• Keeping the facility clean, safe, and well organized
• Completing basic maintenance and minor repair tasks
• Moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Assisting with facility improvement initiatives
• Spotting maintenance needs and promptly communicating them to management
• Supporting overall building operations

• Experience in maintenance, a warehouse setting, or facilities work (preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• HVAC experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
