An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Gassville, AR area for an individual with 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Cardiac Catheterization Lab, ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Interventional Radiology . This position offers a 4x10 shift schedule with competitive pay of up to $50 an hour , a $10,000 sign-on bonus , and a comprehensive benefits package including medical benefits, a 401(k) with employer matching , Short/Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, PTO, and many additional outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or a Compact State RN License is REQUIRED

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is REQUIRED

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is REQUIRED (or ability to obtain within the first three months of employment)

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program is REQUIRED ( BSN or MSN is PREFERRED )

• Minimum of two (2) years of Cath Lab or Critical Care nursing experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Experience in ICU, Emergency Department, Interventional Radiology, or Cardiac Step-Down is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Experience with cardiovascular procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, conscious sedation, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), and vasoactive infusions is PREFERRED
