Ennovar is looking for a student assistant to join their Engineering Services team with Textron Aviation.


Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties

• Prepare various types of media for long-term storage, including researching, packaging & indexing items so they can be easily searched and retrieved at a later date.
• Interface with other teams to coordinate their document storage needs with the services we provide.
• Help develop and present training and process updates to other teams relating to the retention and storage of their records.
• Assist in the development and organization of improved tools and methods of tracking document retrieval/research activities performed by the group.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Currently pursuing a post-secondary education in Business, English, or other related program where communication skills and attention to detail are key attributes.

• High level integrity where accuracy and adherence to processes are the norm.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, including but not limited to phones, printers, copiers, and calculators.
