Investigator Assistant (US)

Anticipated End Date: 2026-06-05 Position Title: Investigator Assistant (US) Location: California – the role requires associates to work in-office 1-2 days per week with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days. Candidates who reside within a reasonable commuting distance from an office will be considered. Responsibilities Collect, research, and validate bills and claims data against relevant guidelines. Assist in preparation of statistical and financial analysis reports. Request medical records and additional documentation required for investigation. Complete initial file set‑up and track cases. Process and track all incoming reimbursement checks. Provide administrative support for investigative management and staff. Complete requests for information from law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Expert skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with pharmacy healthcare. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $31.32 to $33.44 per hour (depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level).
