oin Our Team as a Carpenter Apprentice! Are you looking to kickstart your career in the carpentry trade? We are seeking a Carpenter Apprentice to join our team in Queens, NY. As an entry-level position, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced carpenters while working on a variety of construction projects. This is a great opportunity to learn technical skills, safety protocols, and contribute to real-world building tasks. Daily Responsibilities: Assist in layout and preparation of projects and building specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plastic, and other materials with precision Help install structures, fixtures, and finishes such as windows, doors, flooring, and roofing Perform repairs and maintenance including framing, blocking, and finish work Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Required Skills: Certificate in carpentry preferred Proficiency with hand and power tools Understanding of construction methods Adherence to safety standards Experience with carpentry or construction Ability to read blueprints Salary and Benefits: Pay rate: $18-$20/hr Health insurance benefits available Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: Less than 1 year Salary: $18 - $20 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
