Pride Health is hiring a Travel  Physical Therapist - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Parsippany, NJ . 

Job Details: 
Schedule:  5x8 days | 8am to 4:30pm
Location:  Parsippany, NJ 07054
Float / Coverage Area : Morris County
Job Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 17
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800*
Mileage Reimbursement Rate : $0.49 per mile
*Pay package is based on an hourly taxable pay rate and untaxed stipends for lodging and meals & incidentals per USA GSA guidelines.

Duties: 

• Provide nursing care and monitor the overall health condition of juvenile residents.
• Develop, review, and evaluate individualized nursing intervention and treatment plans.
• Maintain medication inventory, including controlled drugs and narcotics, while following infection-control standards.
• Participate in staff training, clinical/administrative reporting, and interdisciplinary treatment-team activities.

Requirements: 

• Education: Doctoral degree
• License(s): Physical therapist license for New Jersey state
• Certification(s): BLS
• Years of experience: 2+years
