Dentist (Traveling)

Traveling Associate Dentist We are looking for a dentist to provide dental services to patients in our community and support other staff. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Practice Resources DentaPro software Digital x‑ray and Panorex units Fiber‑optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA and Emergency Management training Team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider Patient Profile Primarily children ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location. Location & Travel Cover the following area: 3510 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218; 201 Towne Dr, Elizabethtown, KY 42701; 1301 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited program. Current, valid license to practice in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure. CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassionate care for both children and adults. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed daily rate of $900 during ramp period or a percentage of collections. No lab fees. FT providers eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSAC, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability, Life Insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
