How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and clinical environments.
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting and communicating patient status to support safe, effective care.
- Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and address unit-specific needs.
What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

- One year RN acute care experience
