Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset (we’ll teach you everything you need to know). You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making suggestions that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can adapt to any zone—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, prioritizing their experience. You support your teammates and collaborate to get the job done. You uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
