What You Can Expect From Us We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both your personal well-being and professional growth: 20% Rent Discount Excellent Base Pay : $21.00 - $24.00/hour $100 New Lease Commissions Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off: Including 10 Holidays per year and sick leave Essential Responsibilities Leasing, Collections, and Resident Services: Address delinquent accounts and initiate the eviction process, filing necessary documents and attending court hearings if required. Assist in following up on delinquencies and ensure timely collection of payments. Handle all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals as needed. Process security deposit refunds and ensure positive resident relations. Vendor Relations And Lease Oversight Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring proper invoicing and handling vendor statements. Oversee lease and renewal processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Maintain renewal records and assist with marketing and follow-up for leasing. Qualifications Two to three years of related experience and/or training. Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and office staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage various tasks simultaneously.
