Role Description The Team Member role at Chick-fil-A Forsyth is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Macon. Team Members greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy and speed of service at the front counter, drive-thru, and curbside pickup. They prepare and assemble food items according to Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards, maintain clean and organized work areas and dining spaces, and restock supplies as needed. Team Members collaborate with coworkers and leadership to meet service goals, follow health and safety procedures, and support catering orders and deliveries when required. The role involves working a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays, to support consistent restaurant operations. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, positive attitude, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and follow directions from shift leaders and managers. Basic food handling and safety awareness, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and quality standards. Reliable time management skills, including punctuality, dependability, and the ability to work flexible full-time hours. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift or carry moderate weights as part of daily tasks. Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required; training is provided.
