Bilingual Project Engineer

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Project Engineer (Mandarin/English) to support design coordination and execution of semiconductor construction projects. This role works closely with engineers, field teams, and clients to keep projects on track.

Position: Bilingual Project Engineer
Location: North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit drawings; support design coordination with engineering teams
Track project progress and help resolve field conflicts and routing issues
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend BIM meetings
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
Support project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Qualifications

Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination preferred
AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
