RN Systemwide Float Pool OB OR

Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a RN Systemwide Float Pool OB OR to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.
• Float to multiple units within one facility or across facilities in the region.
• Participate in a flexible staffing model that supports various specialties and units.

Requirements

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum of 24 months of direct RN experience in OB or OR specialty.
• Nursing skills and knowledge specific to unit type or specialty area.

Schedule

• Full-time position with the flexibility to work Days or Nights.
• Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah).

Compensation

• $75.00 - $76.70/hour
