Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Fort Wayne, IN

Robert C. Scheele D.D.S. & Associates, PC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Uncapped incentive bonuses plus of hourly pay.

Schedule of Practice:

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Looking for 2 days a week Monday is preferred

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One Practice Lead
• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• One FT Registered Dental Hygienist
• One FT Dental Assistant
• One FT EFDA

Additional Information:

• PMS - Denticon
• Average # of patients per day - 10-12
• Morning Huddle? - Yes

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Indiana
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
