BKF, a multi‑service infrastructure firm, seeks an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong land development background to lead project delivery across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure efforts. You will mentor junior staff, manage scopes and budgets, and coordinate with clients and agencies to ensure timely, on‑budget project success.
