We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Route Supervisor to lead and support our route delivery team. This high-profile position is responsible for supervising Route Sales/Service Drivers, maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing route performance, and ensuring our delivery fleet and inventory are properly managed. . RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, coach, and support a team of Route Sales/Service Drivers Maintain strong relationships with established customers by identifying and responding to their daily service needs Monitor route performance and ensure sales and service expectations are met Establish and monitor route sales goals and quotas Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services Oversee inventory accountability, product replacement, and route inventory levels Monitor the condition, maintenance, and appearance of route delivery vehicles Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, management, and other departments Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to route personnel Help ensure routes operate efficiently and customers receive consistent, high-quality service QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of Route Sales/Delivery experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Stable and dependable work history Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to load, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds Excellent driving record Valid driver's license Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks Professional, dependable, motivated, and results-oriented BENEFITS Medical, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with a generous company match Paid Vacation Competitive wages Opportunities for career advancement and professional development COMPANY DESCRIPTION Sanitary Linen Service, Inc. is a linen rental supply and commercial laundry company.
