We're hiring Assemblers for a premier manufacturing plant in Berlin NJ

• Aerotek is immediately hiring Assemblers for a premier manufacturing facility
• Long-term contract-to-hire opportunity
• Opportunity to gain experience and grow within manufacturing
• Weekly pay available

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (OT on Friday/Saturday as needed)
• Pay: $19.00/hr
• Opportunities for:
  • Daily overtime
  • Pay raises once direct

• Assemble component parts and finished products according to specifications
• Build:
  • Trusses
  • Walls
  • Flooring systems
• Use tools such as:
  • Hammers
  • Tape measures
  • Hand and power tools
• Attach and nail hangers to wood structures
• Inspect assemblies using overhead laser systems for accuracy
• Work across different departments as needed
• Participate in:
  • Production line work
  • Team-based assembly projects
• Maintain production goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Experience in:
  • Assembly
  • Production
  • Woodwork / framing / carpentry
• Ability to use:
  • Hammers
  • Tape measures
  • Power tools
• Ability to accurately assemble wood structures
• Minimum 6 months stable work history (last 2–3 years)

• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
• Must bring own 25 oz (Framing) hammer

• Long-term temp-to-perm opportunity
• Potential for pay increase upon full-time conversion
• Stable work in a team-oriented environment

• Production facility environment:
  • Hot in summer, cold in winter (non-climate controlled)
  • Loud, dusty, and industrial setting
• Mostly indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks
• Improvements ongoing (heaters, enclosure upgrades)

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
