Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients via video, phone, and email
• Identify client needs related to life, health, and retirement insurance solutions
• Use active listening, consultative selling, and objection-handling to explain options clearly and professionally
• Build, organize, and manage a sales pipeline using company-approved CRM tools
• Follow up with prospective clients, maintain accurate records, and build professional relationships
• Participate in sales, product, compliance, licensing, and leadership training
• Collaborate with managers and team members while managing your own remote schedule
• Uphold high standards of integrity, privacy, and ethical conduct in every client interaction

Must-Have Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. ( No visa sponsorship available now or in the future
• Must be able to work remotely from an eligible U.S. state with a reliable, private workspace, high-speed internet, and access to video conferencing, email, and CRM tools
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable holding virtual client conversations
• Must be willing and eligible to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license in your resident state (training and guidance provided; state requirements, fees, timing, and eligibility rules vary)
• Must be prepared to learn consultative selling, customer needs analysis, sales prospecting, lead generation, objection handling, and CRM
• Must be able to manage follow-up tasks independently , document client activity accurately, and uphold high standards of integrity, privacy, and ethical conduct

Compensation & Details

• 100% commission-based — no earnings cap; actual earnings depend on sales performance, licensing, product eligibility, and the applicable compensation plan
• No earnings level is guaranteed
