• Average of 90 cases per day across all specialties
• 85% adult, 10% peds, 5% trauma case mix
• Required: spinal, epidural, regional, OB, ultrasound, arterial line, CRNA supervision
• Preferred: neuro head and spine, complex vascular, central line placement, vent mgmt

• 30% general, 10% OB, 10% neuro, 5% thoracic, 10% complex vascular
