About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience with recent experience in the last 12 months. License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days. Certifications: - Active BLS certification from an approved vendor. - Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor. Must-Have: - Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. - No hits on state license to practice. - Driver's license to verify residency. - Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Description: Candidates for this position should be experienced and willing to work in Surgical, Orthopedic, and Neuro units. Weekend and holiday requirements are mandatory. Candidates must float per facility guidelines. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Registered nurses must possess a minimum of 24 months of Med/Surg experience. Candidates should submit pre-closed applications ready to accept the position. Required documents include a resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed. A Med/Surg skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months. Candidates must possess an active driver's license for residency verification. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed seven days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of assignment.
