Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services (CHOR YFS) is hiring compassionate Youth Care Workers for the PATHS Program in Breinigsville, PA.

PATHS is a community-based, specialized group treatment home serving boys ages 10-15 . Youth attend community schools within the Parkland School District and participate in structured recreational, academic, and social activities in a supportive and positive environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build supportive and trusting relationships with youth
• Provide supervision and maintain a safe environment
• Support youth during daily routines, recreation, academics, and community activities
• Work with clinical staff and case managers to support individualized behavioral goals
• Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
• Follow program policies and procedures with training provided
• Help create a structured, positive, and supportive environment for youth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college in a social or human services-related field OR
• High school diploma/equivalent with 2+ years of documented experience working with youth
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass criminal history, including FBI, and child abuse clearances
• Valid driver's license
