Key Responsibilities Reporting & Insights: Deliver regularly scheduled reports, develop ad‑hoc analyses, design intuitive dashboards that support business operations and strategic initiatives. Daily Data Operations: Monitor data pipelines, ensuring uptime. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Customer Care, and Construction to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with BI Developers and Data Engineers to align models, pipelines, and integrations with analytical requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay current on BI tools, programming frameworks, and emerging data technologies to recommend best practices. Location On‑site position; no remote work at this time. The role will transition to the new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho in 2027.
