As head of housekeeping, you will lead, develop and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards. Ensure all spaces meet health, hygiene and safety requirements. Manage stock levels, ordering and cost control for linens and cleaning supplies. Collaborate with other departments to support guest experience and smooth operations. Conduct regular quality checks and implement continuous improvement. Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members. Person Specification Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
