If you are a licensed CPA looking to take complete ownership of complex compliance portfolios, lead an established local team, and advance your path toward partnership, this role delivers that trajectory.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review complex federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.Provide strategic tax planning and consulting directly to corporate executives and business owners.Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of senior and staff tax accountants in the Rockville office.Conduct advanced technical research on complex tax matters and guide the team on evolving federal and state compliance regulations.Oversee engagement workflow, billing metrics, and client communications to ensure seamless, timely delivery.#Enghp
