Electrical Project Manager

An established electrical company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at our Long Island City office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Perform pre-construction planning, including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors
- Attend site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project scheduling, manpower allocation, and material management
- Manage change orders and ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage (LV) systems and fire alarm systems
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to project management xhyhwjd
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NYC electrical codes
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems for both residential and commercial turnkey projects
