The Logistic Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and optimizing the supply chain by scheduling shipments, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring transportation activities. Working within a medium-sized team, the coordinator ensures smooth communication with customers and accurate documentation to facilitate timely delivery and data reporting. Proficiency in logistics or ERP software supports efficient workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate shipments to meet delivery timelines
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure supply chain continuity
- Maintain proper documentation for all logistics activities
- Track transportation status and resolve any delays
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status
- Generate and analyze data reports to monitor logistics performance
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics coordination
