Supervisor Customer Service

Position Overview The Customer Service Supervisor provides timely response to all customers and efficient coordination of deliveries for Customer Service Technicians to ensure patient satisfaction with the delivery of equipment and supplies. Ensures the correct supplies and products are delivered. Education & Experience Associate's Degree or Equivalent with a clean driving record. Experience with performance criteria and documentation requirements for company records, delivery standards, Department of Transportation (DOT) Safety, Hazardous Materials Regulations, OSHA and HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. License & Certification Current NYS Driver's License. Compensation $25.74 - $38.61 per hour, depending on experience.
