Strategic Demand Planning Manager

Our client, an industry leader in technology and supply chain solutions, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Strategic Demand Planning Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Strategic Demand Planning Manager, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Folsom, California

Pay Rate: $60/hr+ Competitive compensation offered based on experience and expertise.

What's the Job?

• Drive timely, high-quality escalation decisions by transforming demand signals into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Partner with segment leads, business planners, sales teams, and leadership to prioritize critical demand and align trade-offs.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated view of critical demand by segment, customer, and product, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Deliver decision-grade analytics to support escalation forums, including gap sizing and scenario analysis.
• Manage escalation tracking, follow-through, and stakeholder communication to ensure disciplined execution and closure.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, analytics, or business operations within demand, supply, or related environments.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience influencing decision-making in cross-functional and executive forums.
• Strong operational discipline with a track record of reliable delivery under tight deadlines.
