Residential Real Estate Broker - VirginiaBuild & Grow With Us

We’re looking for a licensed, residential Real Estate Broker to support our growth.

This 1099 leadership opportunity is ideal for a broker who enjoys recruiting agents, mentoring, and staying active in production.

What You’ll Do

Support agent success and day-to-day business growth
Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents
Ensure compliance and continuing education standards
Handle escalated agent and transaction issues
Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!)

Compensation

Base pay + performance-based incentives
Recruiting bonuses
