Service Advisor / Writer - Lost Pines Toyota We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated professional who can communicate our customers' needs to our technicians. If you have superb customer service skills, are financially driven, and are looking for new experiences every day, Responsibilities Greet service department customers promptly and courteously Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to repair orders and techs Perform initial walkaround of vehicle to identify any potential maintenance issues Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates Schedule service appointments Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress Obtain customer’s signature on repair order and approval if any additional work is necessary.
