Senior Product Manager - Prototypes

Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for inspiring change, leading high‑performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across our portfolio. The position is highly involved in transitioning the prototype portfolio from legacy applications into a modern integrated ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners spanning different levels and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric software products. Requirements 8+ years of knowledge of software development Extensive Prototype domain knowledge Understanding of Agile methods & best practices Develop and manage the product roadmap with business managers Convert roadmap into features and prioritize the product backlog Data‑driven mindset for decision‑making and prioritization Internal & external management skillset for managing cross‑team capabilities Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to teach others Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision‑making Ability to collaborate well with Data Engineers, software engineers, designers, and business partners Ability to develop deep understanding of product functionality to provide high‑level guidance to development teams Experience leading a global team from both technical and delivery perspectives Takes ownership, operates with autonomy, and sees challenges as opportunities Experience in documenting & tracking OKRs Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field, Master’s preferred Nice To Have Technical background in AI tools and cloud deployment/CI/CD technologies Vendor management experience SAP or 3DX experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
