Principal Technical Sourcer

Technical Sourcer We're building a high-calibrated technical team in a competitive market. This role owns the top of the funnel - finding, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional engineers before they're actively looking. This is not a resume-pushing role. It's about taste, curiosity, and persistence .
