We are seeking a Production Leads for 1st and 2nd Shift to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers. Incentive details are as follows:

Incentive- New Production Leads who meet all criteria will be eligible for the weekly $125 Incentive. The incentive will be offered to contingent production leads for the first 90 days. This incentive is in addition to the hourly pay rate. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
