This role focuses on aligning technology capabilities with business priorities, managing the full product lifecycle, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver impactful technology initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.ResponsibilitiesAlign technology capabilities and product initiatives with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical enhancements that deliver measurable valueBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and support strategic planning effortsOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvementLead product design and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestonesApply agile methodologies, manage sprint cycles, and facilitate ceremonies to drive iterative development and team performanceMonitor emerging technology trends and conduct market analysis to recommend enhancements that improve business outcomes and user experienceMaintain accurate and accessible product documentation to support adoption and internal enablementCollaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure successful product deliveryDefine, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including business value delivery (e.g., revenue impact, customer lifetime value, churn), user adoption, customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, ROI, and time-to-marketContinuously improve processes to enhance cross-functional collaboration, documentation accessibility, and overall product effectivenessRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field4+ years of experience in product management or technology management rolesDemonstrated track record of leading initiatives, products, or services that drive technology evolution and business impactStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and market analysisExperience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholdersStrategic thinking with the ability to identify and execute on innovation opportunitiesProficiency in Agile methodologies and modern product management practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions and track KPIsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentInterest in emerging technologies and user-centric product developmentAbout K?STA I.T.:Our name says it all; K?STA I.T.
