Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication regarding orders, shipments, and service requests. This role coordinates order processing, transportation scheduling, inventory allocation, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, order updates, and service requests.
• Process orders and coordinate shipments through WMS and TMS systems.
• Monitor order flow and resolve logistics issues to meet customer expectations.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer and operational records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
