Member Entry Specialist (Part-Time)

PeopleShare is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Member Entry Specialist to support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced youth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members, parents, and visitors professionally
  • Answer phones and provide administrative support
  • Process registrations, payments, and member records
  • Maintain accurate data entry and attendance records
  • Support daily member check-in/check-out procedures
  • Help supervise youth in lobby and common areas
  • Provide excellent customer service to families and staff

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Customer service or office experience preferred
  • Comfortable with computers and data entry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months
