Operations Coordinator

Expected compensation: 25.00 USD Per Hour HireArt is helping JulieVos find a detail oriented Operations Coordinator to be a key member of the operations team supporting the execution of customer orders and sales initiatives. In this role, the goal is to provide the teams with the support they need to execute error-free shipments with fast turn-around time. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an order fulfillment/retail environment and have excellent communication skills. We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable standing and lifting up to 25 lbs. As An Operations Coordinator, You'll Prompt and accurate picking and/or checking of orders for accuracy Follow packaging guidelines to execute consistently flawless packages, which will completely delight the customer upon arrival Efficient and beautiful packing of orders with the goal of providing the customer with a delightful unboxing experience Ad hoc product projects such as preparing jewelry in gift boxes, tagging, and adding returned jewelry back into stock Execute seasonal trunk show initiative prep (jewelry portion), including pulling and packing Assist with inbound and outbound picking/restocking of seasonal packs (trade shows, rep packs, showroom packs) Assist with day-to-day prep, including making shipping boxes and assembling gift packaging Assist with opening and organizing wholesale and e-commerce returns Participate in seasonal and annual inventory counts Requirements Thrives working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented workplace Takes delight in accuracy and efficiency Can maintain focus and motivation while doing repetitive tasks Proactive, self-organized, and with strong attention to detail Comfortable standing or sitting for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 lbs Previous experience with order fulfillment or inventory is strongly preferred Benefits Pre-tax commuter benefits Employer (HireArt) subsidized Healthcare Benefits Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs HireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance 401k package Commitment This is a full-time, 6-month contract position (with the strong possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt.
