Requirements What You’ll Do: Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed services, upholding the highest standards of evidence-based practice. Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop and execute personalized care plans. Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with cultural and age-appropriate care. Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans for efficacy. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all patient care activities. Why Choose HRRMC? What We’re Looking For A compassionate, detail-oriented RN with a commitment to delivering top-tier patient care. Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and care teams. Dedication to maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to evidence-based practices. Summary QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current CPR.
