Location: Nokesville, Virginia
About the Position
Our client is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Shuttle Driver for a dedicated, on-site opportunity in Nokesville, Virginia. This role involves shuttling trailers within the yard, transporting trailers to job sites, and making runs to a yard in Laurel.
Pay & Schedule
- $30 per hour
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 5:00 a.m. start time
- 40 hours per week
- Dedicated employment opportunity
Job Details
- Route type: Local
- Freight: Trailers and job-site materials
- Equipment: CDL A tractor-trailer equipment
- Handling: Light touch; trailer shuttling and repositioning
Key Responsibilities
- Shuttle trailers within the yard.
- Transport trailers to job sites.
- Move trailers to a yard in Laurel.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly while following applicable regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
