Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phones, and scheduling appointments efficiently. The role involves maintaining organized patient records, processing payments, and assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. The Chiropractic Assistant may help prepare treatment rooms, support the chiropractor with non-clinical tasks, and provide clear information to patients regarding appointments, office policies, and follow-up care. This position requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a friendly approach in a fast-paced healthcare setting.\nQualifications\n\n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.\n Professional phone etiquette and experience handling incoming and outgoing calls.\n Appointment scheduling and receptionist duties, including check-in, check-out, and record management.\n Customer service skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.\n Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software or electronic scheduling systems.\n Organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and attention to detail in handling patient information.\n Ability to stand, sit, and move around the office for extended periods and assist with light office tasks.\n Prior experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or front-desk environment is helpful but not required.\n High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical office administration is a plus.\n
