Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a desk RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals, TPA partners, and corporate as an integral part of the operations team.

Compensation and benefits are $60,000 - $80,000 a year based on experience and certifications, commission based on estimating volume, career development, access to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunities, company phone and laptop provided, PTO, paid sick days, and paid holidays, health benefits, 401k match, referral program, and great culture and team dynamic.

Job responsibilities include creating optimized and accurate residential and commercial mitigation, contents and repairs estimates using Xactimate and Symbility, managing work through completion communicating progress with project managers, adjusters, and TPAs, creating accurate scopes, meeting all compliance and timing expectations for carrier and TPA partners, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications include 3+ years restoration estimating experience, proficiency with industry estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility), proficiency with variety of current technology, strong prioritization and organizational skills, ability to multitask, resourcefulness, especially in the face of challenges, desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude, dedication to customer service, self-motivated to get results, love working with people and enjoys estimating software, effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and is succinct and professional with written communication.
